The ACCC provides high quality, high value management information and education to decision makers on a timely basis.  Emphasis is given to studies of financial, marketing, and organizational management issues and presentations and seminars on financial, marketing, organizational, and interpersonal topics.

The most popular topic is financial planning with emphasis on equity management.  We help cooperatives evaluate alternative equity strategies including switching from one plan to another (e.g., age of patron to revolving fund), changing from one leverage level to another, changing from one equity structure to another (e.g., by using more non-revolving capital or more non-qualified distributions) and implementing the merger of two or more cooperatives.

Financial planning projects are tailored to the needs of each cooperative.   Project costs vary and can be determined in advance.  Please contact us for more information.
