Art Barnaby received his Ph.D. degree from Texas A&M University in  1981 He specializes in finance, government programs, crop insurance and risk.

Dr. Barnaby provides educational programs on crop insurance, government commodity programs, and risk throughout Kansas. His work emphasizes the development of alternative public policies for crop disaster protection.
